1. Returns

Physical Products: We offer returns for physical products such as QR code prints under specific conditions.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.

2. Refunds

Refund Process: To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team at safezo@one-link.in or Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that QR codes once activated are non-refundable.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Subscription Services

Non-Refundable Subscription: Our subscription service, which costs one Indian rupee per day, is non-refundable. This subscription provides access to all features and includes free delivery of QR codes.
